Spooktacular Giveaway Hop
Who doesn't love contemporary romance with paranormal twist? Why?
Admit it, we’re nuts about these otherworldly men. The
fanged, then furry, the demon, the druid, the other-planetary…all of them a bad-to-the
bone hero, drop dead gorgeous guys who will protect their woman to the ends of
the earth. They can be superheroes,
although most must be dragged kicking and screaming into a save-the-world role.
Danger is his hometown. Give him some preternatural powers, and now he’s all that, plus
he’s an alpha take-charge kind of guy. Swoon.
Second, we love the heroines. These are women with real
problems, sometimes even everyday problems who are swept into a magical,
mysterious, often dangerous, world of their supernatural guy.
Third, it’s the stories. It’s the ultimate escapism
into the magical and mystical. It’s good versus evil. It’s reading a
quintessential what if. This is in
our time, our real world. Yet, there’s a whole lot of something not quite so normal going on. The something sucks us
into a fascinating twist on modern life, an escape that ignites our imagination
and is often worthy of any movie plot. A lot of these are actually made into
movies we love.
And, of course, there’s always a push/pull between the
characters that keep the tension hot and the passions hotter.
But, of course you're here for the contest. So, what can you WIN?
